Rick is the Quality Assurance Practice Manager for the CIBER Solution Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Rick is currently responsible for managing CIBER’s Quality Assurance activities and test tools for multiple client engagements. Rick implements and administers the HP suite of test tools (Quality Center, Quick Test, & Load Runner) based on specific client project requirements.
